HOW MANY TREES?

These valuable manuscripts returned from four trusted readers provided fine-tuning for my new book, an historical novel on Palestine/Israel. The book is an attempt to put a human face on Middle East issues; drawing on stories I’ve collected from Jewish and Palestinian friends during our visits to the Holy Land. Helpful suggestions and encouraging comments have progressed the work to the final line-edit.

This pile of paper generates a little guilt, but I rationalise, ‘it’s for a good cause’.
