A MODERN DAY MIRACLE
Well that’s what I call it!
A good mate, Will Armitage faced an uncertain future, until an initiative of Dr Keith Fay provided Will with fresh hope. Will is a passionate cyclist who I’ve spent many hours riding beside and working with, in his beautiful vineyard. Since his diagnosis of a rare blood cancer, his life has had the highs and lows, twists and turns of an uncontrollable rollercoaster. Will’s courage, sheer determination; the support of the Royal North Shore Haematology team; his wife Barbara, family and friends, has translated into new life. The mountains of the Great Divide in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven now, no longer an obstacle.
We have no control over what life throws at us. It’s how we respond, that can make a difference.
Will’s story is an inspiration and encouragement to us, for that time in our life when darkness threatens to overcome the light.
