THE MISSING FILE by D A Mishani
Mishani’s debut novel is the intense, complex investigation by a veteran, yet flawed detective, into a missing youth in the suburbs of Tel Aviv.
The plot is dense and thorny; the text, well-written with a twist at the end I didn’t see coming.
I loved the author’s skill in constructing the story and ‘in-house investigative’ techniques used by the Inspector that added authenticity.
I finished it in two days!
A psychological thriller that will tease you to the last page.
